Breast Augmentation

Patient is from Bridgeport,Connecticut. Patient opted for Breast Augmentation Surgery, performed by Dr. Sofer, to increase and enhance the size of her breasts. The images of results are 5 months post-operative. Patient had a submammary incision and smooth, round, 350cc saline implants placed under the muscle. Patient is extremely happy with her results.

This is a 19 year old patient from Bridgeport, CT interested in Breast Augmentation.  After the consultation with Dr. Alfred Sofer, patient decided having a breast augmentation with Saline Moderate Plus Profile Implants from Mentor. Dr. 330 cc on right breast and 325cc on left breast. Dr. Sofer performed an inframammary incision and implant was inserted under the pectoral muscle. Patient is very happy with her results. Breast Augmentation

This is a 29 year old patient from Bridgeport – Connecticut. The patient had Tuberous breasts.
Tuberous are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The effect of the condition on the appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe And typical characteristics includes: enlarged, puffy areola, unusually wide spacing between the breasts, minimal breast tissue sagging, higher than normal breast fold and narrow base at the chest wall. Under examination, Dr. Sofer decided to perform a breast augmentation with saline implants  375 cc implants was introduced in the Left breast and 390 cc in right breast to accomplish breast symmetry. Patient is very happy with her results. This photo was taken 2 months after procedure.

Breast Augmentation – Case 10

Breast Augmentation with Natrelle Silicone Implants

This is a 22 year old female from Bridgeport, CT.  During consultation, patient desired to have large breast augmentation implants. Patient decided to have Natrelle Implants shape Smooth Round Full Profile 650 cc on Left Breast and 650 cc on Right Breast. Patient is very happy with her results.  Dr. Sofer performed the imframammary incision  near the breast crease.This is a 2 months follow up picture. To perform this procedure Dr. Sofer took 1.5 hrs of Anesthesia and OR at Surgical Center of Fairfield in Bridgeport, CT.
