Mommy makeover is a term used to describe a combination of surgical procedures to help a women to physically become closer to her pre-pregnancy state. Tummy tuck and breast lift are the most common surgical procedures to repair sagging stretched out skin, fat and muscles that many women experience after childbirth.

Tummy Tuck:

Returning to your pre-pregnancy weight may not be enough. Skin, muscles and fat in the abdominal region may sag due to being stretched out and damaged. No matter how many sit-ups this just not going to get better. A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is a cosmetic procedure that flattens your abdomen by removing extra fat and skin, and tightening muscles in your abdominal wall.

Breast lift:  

A cosmetic surgery known as mastopexy is a common, but complex breast enhancement procedure that raises and reshapes sagging breasts. Breast lift can be performed with or without the insertion of breast implants, (saline or silicone) depending upon the anatomical factors and needs of the patient.

After having children, not every women requires a tummy tuck, breast lift combination. In some cases liposuction of the abdomen and/or a breast augmentation maybe all that is required to achieve her personal goals.
